Natalie Gibbons is a creative production executive with more than 15 years of experience building and leading organizations across the sports and entertainment ecosystem. She is known for aligning strategy, leadership, and execution by developing the teams, operating models, and trusted partnerships that transform creative ambition into disciplined execution and lasting business performance. Natalie began her career at FOX Sports Regional Networks before advancing through senior leadership roles within the FOX Sports national sales division, Home Team Sports, and most recently served as Vice President of Production at Playfly Sports.
Throughout her career, Natalie has led large-scale production operations across major professional sports leagues, teams, and multi-platform media environments. Her work has included integrated programming and partnership-driven content execution for global brands including Amazon, Disney, Comcast, Sony, Apple, and AT&T. She has built enterprise delivery systems that expand creative capacity, improve operational reliability, and enable teams to execute demanding work with clarity and confidence. Respected by creative and executive leadership alike, Natalie is recognized for bringing structure, alignment, and accountability to growing organizations while creating the conditions that allow creative teams to do their best work.
Natalie remains actively engaged in leadership development and industry mentorship. She contributes to national mentorship initiatives including ESPNW, Women in Sports & Events, the U.S. Department of State Global Sports Mentoring Program, and the RISE Program. She is a graduate of the WISE Executive Leadership Institute at Dartmouth College, has completed executive education through Harvard Business School and Perpetual Executive, and was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Los Angeles by Women We Admire.
